All scripture, Shabads, Daily Hukamnama records, audio recitations, historical biographies, and educational materials provided on Ujiara are offered free of charge for devotional, personal, and educational purposes. Commercial exploitation, sale, or unauthorized monetization of any sacred content from this site is strictly prohibited.

3. Sangat Conduct & Submissions

When submitting Ardas prayer requests, comments, or feedback, users agree that they will not:

• Submit defamatory, abusive, offensive, or disrespectful content.
• Submit commercial advertisements or spam links.
• Impersonate any individual or entity dishonestly.

Ujiara administrators reserve the right to review, edit, or decline any submission that violates communal peace or the sanctity of Sikh Maryada.

4. Live Broadcast & Audio Streams

Live Kirtan audio from Sri Harmandir Sahib (Amritsar) is relayed via public SGPC broadcast feeds to serve seekers worldwide. Ujiara does not claim ownership of the broadcast feed and is not liable for temporary service interruptions, signal drops, or satellite downtime beyond our technical control.

5. Intellectual Property & Technology Ownership

The sacred Bani of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji belongs to all humanity and the eternal Panth. The proprietary software code, website design, visual identity, and platform architecture of Ujiara are engineered and protected by AH&V Software Private Limited. All rights reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ujiara is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While our engineering team strives for 100% accuracy and continuous uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or that all typographical corrections will be instantaneous.
